Urban Krav Maga - Defending the 10 most Common Street Attacks; over 90 minutes of Instructional from the top-rated DVD Set

This app takes the unusual and welcome approach of showing how to make martial
arts techniques work against the type of attacks that actually happen to people.
It covers the 10 most common street attacks and is drawn from the first 2 discs
of the highly acclaimed Urban Krav Maga 6-Set DVD.

Bob Sykes / Editor / Martial Arts Illustrated magazine

I have been training for many years and have been buying training vids the whole
time. This is by far one of the best training vid sets i have seen. Mr. McGill
was very helpful in answering my questions, not to mention providing the
training in the vids! Thank you so much! (Posted on 04/11/2010 on Amazon.co.uk)
